By the end of the spring semester of the 2025–2026 semester, students who have reached the maximum duration of study by the end of the 2025-2026 spring semester must select the courses for which they wish to take the supplementary exams via the “Supplementary Exam Application V2” tab under the “Application Procedures” menu in the Student Information System between July 6 and 10, 2026, in order to be eligible to take the supplementary exams to be held at the end of the 2025-2026 spring semester. Students who do not apply will not be admitted to the supplementary exams. An announcement regarding make-up exams and course selection for students who have reached the maximum duration of study by the end of the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year has been published on our University’s website. Only students who have reached the maximum duration of study by the end of the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year are eligible to apply for make-up exams.
